Your Annual Partners’ Meeting When its Virtual - Getting Engagement Before and During

Many firms are now planning their annual partners’ meeting – and doing so on the basis that it will have to be a virtual meeting. That makes it even more critical than usual to get the engagement of partners before the event and have them focus their thinking beforehand on the chosen topics.

A recent conversation with a client gave me an idea. You may have seen from some of my recent posts that we have been using our research to build some models of “what great looks like”. So far we have 4 and we have built an on-line evaluation tool for each that shows you how your firm measures up against “greatness”. The evaluation can be done by some or all of your partners and you can use the outputs and recommendations to input to your conference agenda. You may want to run some breakout sessions to discuss stand-out areas to focus on or closing some of the bigger gaps.
