Class Actions Are Biggest Worry For US GCs

"The number one worry hounding U.S. corporate counsel, according to a new survey, is class actions.
That's from Norton Rose Fulbright's Litigation Trends Annual Survey, out today. The worldwide survey of about 800 corporate counsel included more than 400 in the U.S., who fear class actions more than anything else that might come at them...
The U.S. wasn't the only country where class actions were a weighty concern. Canadian and Australian companies also named them as the top litigation issue, according to the survey, which was carried out for Norton Rose by research firm Acritas."
