Hogan Lovells Releases Global Currents: Trends in Complex Cross-Border Disputes

At the end of 2013, Hogan Lovells commissioned Acritas to undertake a new research study among the FT Global 500 largest global multinationals, as well as a selection of its own multinational clients.

The study revealed what the future holds for multinationals and general counsel faced with cross-border litigation.

Interviews were conducted among 146 general counsel, senior lawyers and executives, in 18 industries across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific to find out how global corporations are adapting to handle the rising number of cross-border disputes.
