Head of Brand Experience
Michelle is Head of Brand Experience at Acritas. She is responsible for ensuring that all external stakeholders – from clients and prospects, to research participants – receive a clear and consistent brand experience during every interaction with Acritas. Michelle is also involved in co-ordinating work between the company’s departments and across its international offices to ensure that efficient systems are in place to meet clients’ needs and the company’s targets.
Michelle was previously Marketing Manager at Acritas. During this time, she successfully led a range of business improvement projects which resulted in greater efficiencies across a range of Acritas’ activities and departments.
Michelle joined Acritas in 2010, having previously worked in the marketing and business development departments of professional services firms.
