Liz is a Director of Acritas US, Inc. and works closely with our Vice President, Elizabeth Duffy, from our New York office. She is responsible for client development and service excellence in the US.
Liz is analytical, structured and pragmatic in her approach. She believes passionately in the benefits of leveraging data and market intelligence to help guide and inform strategic decision making within a firm.
Liz has over 15 years experience working with multinational corporations in Europe and North America to define and implement strategic change programs. She excels at leading delivery-focused teams to address complex problems.
Prior to joining Acritas Liz worked for JP Morgan in New York where she worked to transform the Client Service Organization, focusing on improving the Client Experience by introducing higher quality, more responsive service models.

I support the delivery of Acritas’ Sharplegal survey and lead a number of custom research programs for US and Canadian clients
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO WORK IN MARKET RESEARCH?
I am a firm believer in the value of data and believe that robust data should underpin all strategic decisions.
WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON?
I am running several custom research programs currently, all at different stages of completion. Over the past few weeks I have been particularly focused on conducting in-depth client relationship reviews on behalf of some of our US and Canadian law firm clients.
WHAT DO YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR JOB?
I really enjoy speaking with clients to understand their needs and perspectives. Whether that be on behalf of Acritas, discussing Acritas’ clients’ research needs, or working on behalf of law firms to understand from their clients how their law firm has been performing and how the firm can deliver more value. In my role at Acritas I get the opportunity to speak with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique needs, perspectives and personalities.
TELL US MORE ABOUT CLIENT FEEDBACK – JUST HOW IMPORTANT IS IT?
I believe that client feedback is an essential tool that can be used to strengthen business relationships across all industries. When positioned correctly and managed well, it can demonstrate to clients how much you value their business, how important their views are to you, and how committed you are to delivering the best service for them.
AND OUTSIDE OF ACRITAS?
I am busy juggling the demands of 2 kids and enjoying life in NYC, escaping to the peace and quiet of the Poconos whenever I can.
