Senior buyers of property services are interviewed about buyer behaviour, brand awareness and favourability of providers and give a detailed review of their most used providers’ performance. Focusing on UK buyers, the study encompasses perceptions of advisors in the UK and consideration across European countries from international buyers.
Interviews, conducted by Acritas’ specialist in-house team, extract insight about changing buyer needs, procurement and pitching, pricing and service delivery. In addition, the brand tracking and marketing insights enable each advisor to set and measure its strategic direction through the programme.
