In response to growing demand from global firms for insight from the General Counsel of the largest companies in the world, Acritas has designed an elite study as part of the sharplegal family.
The Global Elite study commenced in 2009 and incorporates 1,000 interviews with ‘elite’ buyers of legal services from the most prestigious companies globally. Respondents interviewed are collectively responsible for more than $10bn of legal spend in the year ahead.
Question coverage expands on that of the core sharplegal study which covers awareness, favorability, usage and consideration. The Global Elite study focuses in detail on international trends, multi-jurisdictional purchasing habits and firms most used and considered for high value work.
Acritas has established a formal advisory board comprising key individuals from both law firms and the General Counsel community to assist with the study. The Board reflects the global footprint of Global Elite and advises on question content and interpretation ensuring it delivers current and actionable insights.
Respondents include Forbes 2000 companies and leading stock market listed companies including Fortune, FT500 and FTSE contacts. Minimum revenue per participating company is $1bn+, almost half of respondents each year represent companies of $6bn+ revenue.
