Acritas completed an annual financial services market study on behalf of a global technology, outsourcing and consulting firm. The project involved securing and conducting telephone interviews with Chief Executive and senior director level contacts in major banks and insurance companies, utilising an innovative web-visuals based technique designed by Acritas.

The research findings provide detailed insight into the views of key decision-makers in the market, upon which product/service design can be based and tailored marketing approaches can be built. The study also tracked changes in perspectives year-on year and was expanded to include a module relating to buyer behaviour, adding significant value to the outputs. This project targets an extremely hard-to-reach respondent base, using a blind approach and complying with strict quota limitations. Where other agencies have failed in the past, Acritas has applied highly sophisticated approaches to successfully deliver this project. The insight gained formed a valuable source of competitive advantage to the client.
