Acritas provides research services to the world’s leading professional and financial services organizations. Offering both custom-made research programmes and access to syndicated market data, Acritas has unrivalled insight to client attitudes and behaviours.

Our approach

Acritas starts all research programmes with a detailed consultation phase to establish the research objectives and how to best deliver to those requirements. This is generally done through a face-to-face meeting or ideally a workshop session with key stakeholders. Acritas will then propose an outline research plan which will often include both qualitative and quantitative phases to enable both detailed understanding and robust measurement. Acritas likes to work closely with the client throughout the research process including sharing interim findings, in order to optimise the value generated from the programme.

Acritas operates an advanced research software system to manage all our research programmes.  Data is held in one system for all face to face, telephone depth, quantitative telephone and web interviews.  All telephone interviews conducted by Acritas are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
